We recommend 10-15 watts per sq./ft for maximum efficiency. This unit plugs into any standard U.S. light socket.

It is great for seedlings, clones, and VERY small plants during veg ONLY. It will NOT grow full size vegetable plants, and is VERY weak compared with other grow lights.
